Filing Information

Attorneys licensed to practice law in Missouri must use the electronic filing system. For more information, see the "Electronic Filing" section, below.

Self-represented (pro se) parties may submit filings to the southern district in accordance with Southern District Special Rule 21. All filings must be presented in the form and manner required by the rules of the Missouri Supreme Court and the southern district. Contact information for filing with the southern district appears above.

Electronic Filing

Attorneys who are members in good standing of the Missouri Bar must register for and use the electronic filing system. Electronic filings shall be made as provided in Supreme Court Rule 103, Supreme Court Operating Rule 27, and Southern District Special Rule 18, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
