The Clerk's Office of the Missouri Court of Appeals Western District is open for business from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office observes the normal state and federal holidays. Filings may be delivered or mailed to the Office at 1300 Oak Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106-2970.
